Harry Knowles, over at Ain’t It Cool News, has 80 tickets for the Spaced-Numb-A-Thon up for grabs ahead of the event;
Are you Spaced enough for SPACED-NUMB-A-THON? Only here in Austin will you see the whole series with Edgar, Simon & Jessica!!!
Hey folks, Harry here… Are you a fan of SPACED? No? Are you a fan of the Edgar Wright films HOT FUZZ and SHAUN OF THE DEAD - and have always been curious how this genius group of comedic gold sprang from nothingness to dominate your every waking thought?
Well ponder no longer - At the Alamo Drafthouse at the Ritz on July 27th - we’re showing the entire SPACED television series - an event that will probably define those in attendance’s lives. It will be so cool - so much SPACEDness that you’ll see your entire life as a continuing existence from that day forward - changed… you could develop an accent… it’d help you pick up ladies, guys and possibly a few collectibles. You’ll want to hunt your friends with paint guns and much much more.
SO how do you get in?
First - you send an email to HK a AintItCool.Com with the exact subject line:
SPACED-NUMB-A-THON
Yes - it must be exactly like that - all-caps and nothing else. If it isn’t your email will go to the wrong folder… the one labeled TRASH. And you’ll never get in.
SO - what does the email need? I need to hear why you need to be at this event. I want to know what it is about you that makes you absolutely right to sit in bliss with the rest of us at the RITZ for SPACED-NUMB-A-THON!!! Now I’ve only got 80 tickets - and I’m in charge of concentrating on folks from parts all over. That doesn’t mean if you’re from Austin, you’ve no chance, it just means that you folks from out of town willing to travel for this amazing 1 time event… you have a good chance of getting in.
So I can hear you pondering… who has the other tickets? Those will be given out via the magic of FANTASTIC FEST - and here are those details below…
